Drostanolone Propionate – Swisschem Pharma Drostanolone Propionate 100mg
Indications and Uses:
Each 1 ml of this oil-based solution contains 100 mg of drostanolone propionate. This anabolic-androgenic steroid was previously used in medical settings, particularly in the treatment of breast cancer in women, though it is no longer commercially available for that purpose. It is administered via intramuscular injection.
Drostanolone propionate functions by binding to androgen receptors, similar to naturally occurring hormones like testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It offers moderate anabolic effects with relatively low androgenic activity, which contributes to a more manageable side effect profile. Since it does not convert into estrogen, it is often associated with a reduced risk of estrogen-related effects. As a propionate ester, it has a shorter half-life compared to longer esters, meaning it acts more quickly but requires more frequent administration. Swisschem Pharma Drostanolone Propionate 100mg
Contraindications:
Drostanolone propionate serves as a prodrug, converting into active drostanolone once inside the body. Like other anabolic steroids, it activates androgen receptors to produce its effects. It is not significantly influenced by the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme and shows limited interaction with 3-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, resulting in a favorable balance between anabolic and androgenic activity.
Being derived from DHT, it does not undergo aromatization and therefore does not produce estrogenic compounds. Its progestogenic activity is considered minimal to none, similar to other DHT-based steroids. Additionally, because it is not 17-alpha-alkylated, it is generally not associated with liver toxicity.
Dosage:
Typical dosing ranges from 150 mg to 300 mg, administered once every two to three days.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
